Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your order. If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided we haven’t started preparing or baking it yet.
To request a cancellation, email us at homeyartisanbakery@gmail.com with your order number.

Refund Eligibility:

We may offer a replacement or credit in cases of:

• Damaged or incorrect orders

• Missed deliveries caused by us

No refunds will be issued for:

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
