1. Delivery Options

We currently offer:

• Local Delivery: within an 8km radius of Sheerwater, Surrey

• Local Pickup: available from Sheerwater (exact location and collection details will be sent via email or SMS prior to pickup)

2. Delivery Schedule

• Orders are delivered on specific delivery days.

• Subscription orders are delivered weekly based on your selected plan and delivery preferences

3. Delivery Charges

• £5 flat rate for all deliveries within the 8km radius

• Free delivery for orders over £25

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

4. Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for missed deliveries caused by incorrect information or absence at the delivery time.

5. Missed Delivery

If no one is available to accept the delivery and we are unable to leave the package in a safe place, re-delivery may not be possible due to the perishable nature of our products.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
