Sourdough Artisan Stollen — Holiday Classic (830 g)
Our stollen is crafted with lievito madre, giving it a naturally light texture and deep aroma. Inside, it has a rich marzipan center, while the outside is generously coated with ghee butter for a tender, fragrant finish. Each loaf weighs 830 g and delivers an authentic festive taste.
Ingredients:
Lievito madre (sourdough), wheat flour, butter, ghee, sugar, milk, raisins, cranberries, candied citrus peel (orange, lemon), almonds, marzipan (almonds, sugar), eggs, rum, vanilla, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom), salt.
Allergens:Contains wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, almonds (tree nuts).Marzipan contains almonds.May contain traces of other nuts.
Storage Conditions:Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.Keep tightly wrapped to preserve moisture.Best consumed within 4–6 weeks.For longer storage, refrigerate.

Local delivery available within 8km of Sheerwater, Woking, – £5 flat rate or free on orders over £25.
You can also collect your order directly from our kitchen in Sheerwater.
Delivery is usually on Saturdays between 8am–1pm (subject to availability). Exact options will be shown at checkout.
