A naturally leavened loaf made with white wheat flour, a small amount of whole grain flour, water, salt, and our mature sourdough starter.
Slowly fermented overnight in the fridge for deep flavour, open crumb, and crisp crust.
Ingredients: White wheat flour, whole grain wheat flour, water, salt, sourdough starter (wheat)
Weight: approx. 700 g
Storage: Store in a paper bag or bread box at room temperature. Best enjoyed within 3–4 days. Suitable for freezing.

Delivery Information
Local delivery available within 8km of Sheerwater, Woking – £5 flat rate or free on orders over £25.
You can also collect your order directly from our kitchen in Sheerwater.
Delivery is usually on Saturdays between 8am–1pm (subject to availability). Exact options will be shown at checkout.
